Abstract
Nurse educators face many challenges in their efforts to prepare graduates for success on the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN). A proactive, coordinated, and comprehensive effort to prepare graduates for NCLEX-RN success developed as an essential element in curriculum planning and delivery by a university-based associate degree program is described. The plan incorporates interventions in each semester of the curriculum and uses a commercially available standardized assessment and remediation package.Mesh:
