Abstract
Isolated noncompaction of the left ventricle (INLV) is a rare congenital disorder associated with multiple cardiac arrhythmias. We report a case of INLV revealed by ventricular fibrillation in a patient with Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome. Because of the persistence of inducible ventricular arrhythmias after ablation of the accessory pathway, implantation of an ICD was decided.Entities:
