Abstract
An intrarenal supernumerary ovary is particularly rare. To the best of our knowledge, only two cases have been documented so far, all reported without other congenital malformations. In this case report, we present the first case of this lesion, which is concurrent with a completely duplicated pelvis and ureter on the right side.Entities:
