Abstract
Coronary artery fistulas are rare and usually asymptomatic congenital anomalies generally diagnosed incidentally during coronary angiographies. Herein, we present a case of bronchial to coronary artery fistula which was diagnosed incidentally during bronchial artery embolization. Embolization was performed successfully without complication, and an underlying important coronary artery stenosis was subsequently found by coronary computed tomography angiography.Entities:
