Abstract
Population-based samples provided estimates of drug use and disorder in two American Indian populations. Comparison to a national sample revealed tribal-national, intertribal, and intratribal gender and age differences. Findings suggest that disparities in drug use and disorder are complex, characterized by important variations across diverse American Indian tribal cultures.Mesh:
