Abstract

We present the case of a young female patient who developed a large subcapsular hepatic haematoma following extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) administered to a stone in the right kidney. Severe haemorrhagic shock required a partial coiling embolisation of the right hepatic artery. European Association of Urology
