Abstract

OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the radiologic and clinical effectiveness and long-term results of fluoroscopically guided balloon dilation of anastomotic strictures after total gastrectomy.
CONCLUSION: Fluoroscopically guided balloon dilation is effective and safe and has encouraging long-term results in the management of benign anastomotic strictures after total gastrectomy.
