Abstract
Bilateral adrenal hemorrhage resulting in acute adrenal insufficiency is a rare complication of anticoagulant therapy. We present the case of a patient who came to the Emergency Department with unsuspected adrenal insufficiency, followed by a second visit within 1 month with shock, to demonstrate the importance of early detection and treatment.Entities:
