Abstract
Most soluble protein antigens are poor at priming class I-restricted cytotoxic cell activity. In this study we show that incorporation of one protein, ovalbumin, into liposomes converts this antigen into an effective stimulator of antigen-specific cytotoxicity. The mechanisms responsible for this phenomenon are discussed.Entities:
