Abstract
Fatigue is defined as a sensation of exhaustion during or after usual activities. As much as one third of patients consulting a primary care physician report this complaint. After investigation, two-thirds of the patients have a somatic or psychiatric diagnosis. This review presents a seven-step approach to the patient who complains of fatigue.Entities:
