Abstract
To date, only four paragangliomas have been described in the vagina. Due to their rare occurrence in this region, they may pose diagnostic difficulties clinically and pathologically. This case study reports on an endocrinologically inactive vaginal paraganglioma, emphasizing the morphological and immunohistochemical differential diagnoses.Entities:
