Abstract
Cubital tunnel syndrome is the second most common compressive neuropathy of the upper extremity. Key factors in the history, physical, and differential are outlined to assist the clinician in making an accurate diagnosis. Nonoperative measures and surgical options are reviewed, with medial epicondylectomy being the authors' preferred operative technique.Entities:
