Abstract
Systemic cancer may affect the eye and orbit as metastatic disease or paraneoplastic retinal degeneration. This is a case report of a 55-year-old man with unilateral visual loss as the presenting symptom of metastatic adenocarcinoma of lung in one eye and diffuse uveal melanocytic proliferation in the other. Fundoscopy, B-scan ultrasonography, fluorescein angiography and the workup for inflammatory, infectious and neoplastic diagnoses are presented. In heavy smokers, bronchogenic carcinoma should be highly suspected.Entities:
