Abstract
Using TCA as the developing agent we have identified the hydrolysis of gelatin and casein within 3 h. When compared with conventional gelatin and casein hydrolysis techniques we have found the results of the TCA enhancement to be more rapid and sensitive than the conventional methods.Entities:
