Improving and maintaining preventive services, Part 2: Practical principles for primary care.

F A Pommerenke1, A Dietrich.

Abstract

The most common of these themes have been condensed into "principles for implementation," intended to help physicians and other health care providers to improve the provision of preventive medical care within their practices.
