Abstract
Cerebral vasculitis is an uncommon cause of haemorrhagic stroke. A case of intracerebral haemorrhage in a patient with eosinophilic fasciitis, a rare scleroderma-like connective tissue disease, with a possible inflammatory involvement of cerebral vessels is reported. Pathogenetic mechanism of such association and diagnostic controversies are reviewed.Entities:
