Development of an axial chirality switch.

Stefan Reichert1, Bernhard Breit.

Abstract

[reaction: see text] Switching axial chirality: The development and synthesis of a new axial chiral system, which shows solvent-dependent atropisomerism, is described. Control of axial chirality by the choice of solvent was studied by NMR and CD spectroscopy.
