Abstract
The authors present a rare case of solitary cervical osteochondroma. Because of its rarity and its predilection for the atlantoaxial area, the diagnosis may be overlooked in evaluating patients having cervical myelopathy. Surgical decompression usually improves the patient's neurologic status.Entities:
