Abstract
Three triterpenoid saponins, hederagenin-3- O-alpha- L-arabinopyranoside, oleanolic acid-3- O-alpha- L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-alpha- L-arabinopyranoside and hederagenin-3- O-alpha- L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-alpha- L-arabinopyranoside, have been isolated from CALTHA PALUSTRIS (Ranunculaceae). The structures were determined by spectroscopic analysis of the acetates.Entities:
