Abstract
Kikuchi's Disease (KD) is a subacute necrotizing lymphadenitis more commonly reported from Asia. The classic presentation includes low-grade fever and cervical lymphadenopathy in a previously healthy woman. The ratio of affected women to men is 4:1 with the average age of onset less than 30 years. We report a case of KD in a 57-year-old Asian-American man whose presentation is associated with Adult Still's Disease.Entities:
