Abstract
Bulbs of Narcissus were dissected into outer and inner scales, leaves, basal plate, flower, and bulbils to determine the distribution of alkaloids among different tissues. Quantitation of galanthamine as well as the other alkaloids was accomplished by capillary gas chromatography.Entities:
