Abstract
Zhankuic acid F (1), a new steroid acid, was isolated from the fruit bodies of Antrodia cinnamomea Chang & Chou, sp. nov. (Polyporaceae). The structure of 1 was elucidated by detailed analysis of 1D- and 2D-NMR spectra. Compound 1 appeared as a major product from the microbial transformation (Mucor racemosus) of zhankuic acid A (2).Entities:
