Abstract
Paget's disease of bone is a focal or multifocal disorder characterized by intense disorderly remodeling activity at sites of involvement, producing dramatic alterations of local bone architecture. These functional and structural alterations, interacting with the specific characteristics of the site of involvement, account for most of the complications of the disease. This presentation will focus on selected nonneoplastic complications of particular current interest.Entities:
