Abstract
Gastric bezoars may develop in the proximal pouch after gastric restriction, eg. by laparoscopic adjustable gastric banding (LAGB). To date, only two centers have reported this rare complication. We report an additional case with band slippage, to emphasize that bezoars should be considered in the differential diagnosis in patients presenting with new onset nausea and vomiting after LAGB.Entities:
