Abstract
We report a patient with a case of advanced rectal cancer with unresectable liver metastasis, who received the combination of systemic chemotherapy of 5-FU/l-LV and external radiation therapy. He was alive for 21 months. He had been able to maintain a good quality of life without any complaints of the primary rectal tumor.Entities:
