Abstract
Embryonic transcription starts about 6 hr postfertilization and increases during the first 72 hr of development. During this stage rRNA is the most abundant transcript, but some premessenger RNAs are also present. At 96 hr of development poly(A+) mRNA starts to be detected concordant with gastrulation movements.Entities:
