Abstract
The usual presentation of an ectopically inserted vaginal ureter is continuous dribbling of urine in an otherwise healthy girl. This case did not present with the usual symptomatology, as there was severe stenosis of the ectopically located ureteric orifice. Conventional imaging failed to show the vaginal insertion of an ectopic ureter. However, a magnetic resonance urogram readily depicted the collecting system from the kidney to the point of ureteric insertion.Entities:
