Abstract
Cardiac resynchronization therapy improves symptoms and survival in chronic heart failure patients, but has been poorly studied in the acute heart failure setting. We report the case of successful cardiac resynchronization therapy in the early postoperative period after cardiac surgery in a patient with left bundle branch block and proven ventricular dyssynchrony.Entities:
