Abstract
Postoperative cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leaks continue to be a problem with transtemporal approaches to the cerebellopontine angle. In this article we describe a modification of the transotic technique, which has proved to be effective in preventing both leaks and subcutaneous collections of CSF.Entities:
