Abstract
The hole transfer rates in the DNA/DNA B-form duplex and DNA/2'-OMeRNA A-form duplex were measured which occurred in the time range of approximately 100 micros. The hole transfer rates in the A-form duplexes were slower and more strongly dependent on the temperature compared to those in the B-form duplexes, suggesting that the A-form is more rigid than the B-form duplex in this time scale.Entities:
