Abstract
Pneumatic retinopexy is a minimally invasive procedure used to repair uncomplicated superior rhegmatogenous retinal detachments. Macular holes have been reported in only 6 cases as a rare sequel to this procedure. The development of macular hole in a patient in the early perioperative period following pneumatic retinopexy is described.Entities:
