Abstract
The comparative study of the methods for constructing the artificial genes have done. Equine interferon alpha-1 gene and porcine interferon alpha-1 gene were synthesized respectively by several methods from short DNA oligomers and each gene was evaluated about the accuracy of the gene sequence.
