Abstract
Positron emission tomography (PTE) is a technique that allows imaging of the temporal and spatial distribution of positron-emitting radionuclides. The purpose of this article is to outline the current clinical use for PET imaging in the brain and other radiopharmaceutical used for assessing various physiologic parameters pertaining to tumor metabolism.Entities:
