Abstract
After oesophagectomy for oesophageal carcinoma and retrosternal colonic interposition, a benign stenosis developed at the collar anastomosis. Bouginage was unsuccessful. Therefore, a prothesis was placed endoscopically, which enabled the patient to swallow without problems until his death as a result of diffuse metastasis 9 months later.Entities:
