Abstract
We present a patient with granulomatous angiitis of the central nervous system (GANS) and Hodgkin lymphoma. His GANS resolved with treatment for the lymphoma, but then reactivated six months later in the absence of activate lymphoma. He made a full neurological recovery after treatment with reducing oral prednisolone over one year. This case indicates that prolonged use of steroids may be necessary to treat GANS in this setting and that it can run a course independent of the Hodgkin lymphoma.Entities:
