Abstract
Five cases of women with MI in pregnancy are presented. Their past and present heart condition, therapy and cardiovascular disease risk factors were analyzed. The mean follow-up period was 14.6 years. The observed women had an atherosclerotic etiology of MI with multiple risk factors of ischaemic heart disease. Pulmonary oedema complicating MI in presented cases had no influence on long-term prognosis.Entities:
