Abstract
We present a case of simultaneous abdominal and intrauterine pregnancy following in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer diagnosed during the second trimester. The patient had a recent history of hysteroscopic metroplasty due to in utero exposition to diethylstilboestrol. The pregnancy was managed conservatively with a favorable outcome for the mother and both fetuses.Entities:
