Abstract

We present a case of unilateral isolated intrinsic optic nerve small B-cell lymphoma confirmed by optic nerve biopsy in a patient with lymphoplasmacytoid lymphoma. Brain and orbital MRI with gadolinium revealed fusiform enlargement of the optic nerve from the level of the optic nerve head to the prechiasmatic region, with associated homogeneous enhancement of the nerve itself.
