Abstract
The efficacy of several anti-tick treatments to prevent the transmission of Rickettsia was evaluated under natural conditions of tick pressure in a kennel. Only Amitraz (Preventic) provided total control on transmission (no dogs were infected), whereas with Frontline, Advantix, or Scalibor, the rate of infection varied among the dogs.Entities:
