Abstract
Spontaneous coronary artery dissection is a rare but potentially life-threatening event associated with the peripartum period. We present a case of postpartum multivessel spontaneous coronary artery dissection diagnosed by conventional angiography and monitored with computed tomographic coronary angiography.
