Determinants and assessment of pulmonary regurgitation in tetralogy of Fallot: practice and pitfalls.

Andrew N Redington1.

Abstract

This article describe the primary determinants of pulmonary regurgitation after the repair of tetralogy of Fallot. Furthermore, the methods by which pulmonary regurgitation is measured and some of the pitfalls therein are highlighted.
