Abstract
Capillary leak syndrome is a rare and potentially life-threatening condition caused by a shift of intravascular fluid and proteins to the interstitial space. We describe a patient with pustular psoriasis in whom capillary leak syndrome developed after the start of acitretin. Immediate withdrawal of retinoic acid is necessary and corticosteroid therapy should be considered.Entities:
