Abstract
We report a case of placenta accreta left fully in situ during a cesarean section. Postoperative courses were complicated with a thrombosis of the right external iliac artery after embolization and with a pyometra needing n hysterectomy. We discuss the risks of such conservative treatment of a placenta accreta, compared with classical ablation.Entities:
