Abstract
Isolated congenital tricuspid valve regurgitation in a neonate was associated with heart failure and functional pulmonary atresia. Surgical repair of the ruptured chordae with the use of polytetrafluoroethylene artificial tendinous cords restored normal hemodynamics.Entities:
