Abstract
Burkitt's lymphoma is a common comorbidity of infection with the human immunodeficiency virus, but rarely the initial clinical manifestation of undiagnosed AIDS, especially for the otolaryngologist. We report the case of a patient with recalcitrant rhinosinusitis subsequently diagnosed with sinonasal Burkitt's lymphoma and HIV.Entities:
