Innovations in health care delivery: response to global nurse migration--an education example.

Internationally educated nurses who have not yet met the requirements for registered nurse (RN) licensure represent an unrecognized resource during a time of severe nursing shortage. This article describes the efforts of the Chicago Bilingual Nurse Consortium (CBNC), a collaborative partnership developed to provide education, advocacy, and support services to these nurses.
