Abstract
Reversible cerebral angiopathy (RCA) is responsible for disabling headache and potential stroke complications. Most patients respond poorly to analgesics. We describe four patients with typical RCA whose headache rapidly disappeared after IV nimodipine treatment was initiated.Entities:
