Abstract
Commercial funding is of most importance for the development of new biomedical technologies such as xenotransplantation. The dependence of such funding may, however, carry certain risks from an ethical point of view. In this article some of these risks are exemplified and it is argued that the adherence to basic research ethical norms are of vital importance for the field of xenotransplantation to develop properly.Mesh:
