Abstract
Adenomyoma of the cervix is a rare benign neoplasm, one of a group of benign endocervical lesions that may histologically be confused with an aggressive cervical carcinoma, adenoma malignum. We recently encountered a case that distorted the cervix and pushed it under the pubic symphysis. We present this case, review the literature of this rare lesion, and discuss the differential diagnosis of this group of endocervical lesions.Entities:
