Abstract
The incidence of diabetic nephropathy, the leading cause of chronic kidney disease in the western world has increased by 150% in the past 10 years in the United States, with similar trends in Europe and Japan. It is apparent from the present study that diabetic nephropathy may be assuming an increasing role as a cause of chronic kidney disease in Nigeria.Entities:
